From the beginning, we knew that to make great food, we needed to use only the best ingredients and time-honored techniques. Our beef is sourced locally and ground in-house daily, ensuring every taco and burger starts with fresh, high-quality meat. For our tacos, we take it a step further, using hand-pressed Wheat Tortillas and slow-cooked Birria, made from beef ribs cooked for 8 hours with Guajillo chilies flown in from Mexico. The result is tender, flavorful meat that melts in your mouth!
